I am passionate about natural health and wellbeing, having experienced first hand the benefits of the incredible way in which it is possible to tap into the body's inner wisdom to bring about healing, balance and clarity through the use of Kinesiology.

After several years of working in the business world followed by time at home with my young daughters, I discovered Kinesiology by chance (of course, now I know that there's no such thing as coincidence!) and knew almost instantly that I had found my calling. I was completely captivated by its stunning accuracy and its ability to get straight to the root of an issue (no matter how serious or how long that issue has been around for). 

I also remember the feeling of being blown away by the power and efficacy of such a (seemingly) subtle therapy. 

It became clear to me that the potential for true health and healing is unlimited thanks to the ability to "talk" to the body and subconscious mind because they hold all the answers. It is extremely empowering to know that we already have all of the answers to our problems, health issues and fears inside of us. And extremely inspiring to know that we have a way to tap into this innate natural intelligence to allow our minds, bodies and souls to heal. 

I work with a wide range of clients and I enjoy every session I do; it is always fascinating to see what comes up during a session. And it is a wonderful feeling to be able to help my clients to release old redundant stresses and blocks which are holding them back in life so that they are free to heal and move forward. 

I first trained in Touch for Health Kinesiology with the highly experienced Jim Currie (Harmony Kinesiology College, Glasgow), and then went on to qualify in the incredibly powerful Integrated Healing system with Mathilda van Dyk, one of its creators.

I hold the International Diploma in Integrated Healing (Dip. I.H.) and am Scotland's first Integrated Healing Practitioner. I am immensely honoured to be able to introduce this phenomenal work to this part of the world. 

Integrated Healing has allowed me to take my practice to a whole new level, and I am constantly amazed at the results clients achieve from working with this approach.
